We are looking for a Retail Ambassador to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with customers and providing an exceptional store experience.

The main focus of this job is to provide radical service to our customers. As a Retail Ambassador, you will be an expert on all our products and daily store operations.

You will work in tandem with our Retail Managers and Brand Leaders to keep the stores buzzing. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing customer service that goes beyond fulfilling basic needs or expectations
  • Understanding our products inside out and recommending them to customers through genuine conversations
  • Executing daily technical operations such as POS management, inventory stocktake, stock management, and visual merchandising standards

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficient in verbal English with great communication and people skills
  • A friendly and outgoing disposition
  • Proactiveness and ability to think smart on your feet
  • Calm composure under pressure

Besides providing exceptional customer service, you will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in retail operations. We are looking for candidates who are available to work a minimum of 2 weekdays and 1 weekend day, with a commitment of at least 6 months.
