Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and business intelligence, with the ability to design and implement robust dashboards and reports using various tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines via ETL/ELT tools (Fivetran, Stitch, Airbyte, dbt) into a central warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift), ensuring seamless data flow and governance.
  • Design and implement machine learning models for forecasting, churn prediction, customer segmentation, and anomaly detection to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Apply large language models (LLMs) and generative AI to create automated reporting, natural language queries ('chat with your data'), and executive briefing summaries.
  • Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across finance, product, operations, and marketing, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Construct predictive financial models and scenario simulations to support executive decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Deploy AI-enhanced sentiment analysis and brand monitoring from social media and community data to refine marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities to embed AI/ML automation in operational workflows, driving efficiency and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or BI Analyst, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or financial services.
  • Proficiency with Structured Query Language (SQL) and at least one Business Intelligence platform (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik).
  • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (Fivetran, Stitch, Airbyte, dbt) and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis, forecasting, or Machine Learning prototyping.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing analytics (Google Analytics 4, Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
  • Strong data storytelling skills and ability to deliver executive-ready insights.
