Support Therapist

The Therapy Support Specialist is a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, providing support to therapists before, during, and after therapy sessions. This role involves working closely with therapists to implement therapy programs and conduct group therapy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting therapists in monitoring and recording client's vital signs for therapy, providing feedback on client's progress, and adhering to SLEC standards of clinical practice. Additionally, the candidate will ensure adherence to workplace safety and health (WSH) procedures, practice within legal and ethical frameworks, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene of equipment and premises.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting therapists in implementing therapy programs and conducting group therapy.
- Monitoring and recording client's vital signs for therapy.
- Providing feedback on client's progress to therapists.
- Adhering to SLEC standards of clinical practice.
- Ensuring adherence to WSH procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Diploma in Healthcare Management and promotion or equivalent discipline.
- Certificate in Therapy Services from recognized institutions.
- WSQ Certification in Therapy Support.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and under time constraints.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
