Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in inpatient wards, including sub-acute and rehabilitative settings.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Conduct patient education and provide support to patients and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures.
- Valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- NITEC in Nursing educational qualification.
- Relevant work experience for senior positions.
- Able to work 3-rotating shifts and weekends, preferably.
