We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Regency Steel Asia PTE. LTD.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new projects and markets to achieve sales targets set by our Company. This includes maintaining good relationships with existing customers, supporting their project requirements and enquiries, identifying new market trends, and working closely with the sales team on marketing and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing new projects and markets to achieve sales targets

- Meeting monthly sales and collections targets
- Minimum Diploma in a related discipline
- Experience in sales of steel products for both onshore and offshore sectors
- Good technical steel knowledge and strong marketing skills
- Diligent and ability to work independently
Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in business development and sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 80,000 - SGD 120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
