Events Content and Experience Manager

Imagine creating captivating experiences that bring joy to children and families. As our Events Content and Experience Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging events that showcase our intellectual property in unique venues such as shopping mall atriums, exhibition halls, major attractions, and showrooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive annual event calendar that includes all pop-up activations across existing and potential markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution and high participation rates from the target audience.
  • Coordinate with designers, entertainers, and other partners for event logistics.
  • Analyze event performance and customer feedback to improve future activations.
  • Develop event proposals according to clients' requirements.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can manage multiple events simultaneously and has a strong background in creative and large-scale events. Job Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience in event planning and management, with a focus on creative and large-scale events.
  • Experience within the children's entertainment, education, or recreational industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Creative and resourceful, and able to develop informative content that communicates thematic event details to the target audience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships.
  • Knowledge of current trends in the events and entertainment industry.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
