Oversight Specialist

The role of a Quality Oversight Specialist is to ensure that manufacturing operations are conducted in accordance with established specifications and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:- To assess, review, and approve all quality-related documentation
- To review batch and quality documentations to determine whether the product is suitable for use prior to making decisions
- To assess, review, and approve changes that may impact product quality, validation, and compliance to ensure timely product release
- To inspect and release process equipment/plant after maintenance
- To coordinate, review, and approve Periodic Reviews of products, systems, and processes
- To conduct and support site audit inspection preparation and participate as an audit team member in audits
In order to excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality management principles. You should also be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and provide coaching and guidance to shift staff as needed.
Requirements:- Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Bioengineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry
- Experience in quality and manufacturing processes
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector
