  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive risk framework, including tailored policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements and business goals.

We are seeking an experienced risk manager to join our team in Turkey. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Turkish regulatory frameworks, particularly SPK and MASAK, and international digital asset standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking Binance's risk appetite and tolerances, producing management reports, and recommending corrective actions. They will also maintain updated risk registers and produce regular risk/control profile reports, including periodic risk attestations.

This is a unique opportunity to work on fast-paced and meaningful projects with autonomy. You will have the chance to collaborate with Department Heads to evaluate control environments and align risk practices with corporate strategy.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5+ years of experience in risk management, ideally within the financial services or digital assets sector
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise risk management (ERM) and project-level risk methodologies
