  • Job Summary:

As a waste management technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily sorting and segregation of recyclable materials to minimize waste and promote sustainability
  • Regular maintenance of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan
  • Baling of recyclable materials to increase efficiency and reduce environmental impact
  • Assisting with ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in an outdoor and dusty environment for extended periods
  • Punctuality and reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights safely

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in waste sorting and recycling processes
  • Basic knowledge of construction and maintenance practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals

This is a physically demanding role that requires a high level of energy and stamina. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
