Occupational Therapist Position

We are seeking an experienced occupational therapist to join our team in Singapore.

Job Summary:

  • The ideal candidate will have pediatric experience and be able to assess developmental, sensory, and motor skills of children (infants to adolescents).
  • Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, providing interventions for sensory integration and fine motor coordination, and collaborating with parents and other professionals.
  • Ongoing tasks also involve monitoring progress, conducting caregiver education, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma / degree in occupational therapy
  • Minimum 3–4 years of relevant clinical experience
  • AHPC registration required
  • Pediatric training or prior work in a pediatric setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess developmental, sensory, and motor skills of children
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Provide interventions for sensory integration and fine motor coordination
  • Collaborate with parents and other professionals
  • Monitor progress and adjust therapy goals and strategies accordingly
  • Conduct caregiver education and home program training
  • Supervise junior OTs or therapy assistants where required
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with professional and legal standards
