Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver SAP HR projects and enhancements on time, ensuring high-quality results and meeting business requirements.
  • Validate as-is and to-be process flows, identifying potential workarounds and system limitations.
  • Develop and implement system design solutions to meet business needs, ensuring integration with other applications.
  • Manage deliverable documents, including project plans, status reports, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and system implementation.
  • Proactively identify and propose system and process improvements to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide expert-level support for SAP HR modules, including Personnel Management, Time, and Payroll.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant SAP consulting or manufacturing industry experience.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on functional experience in configuration, implementation, and support of SAP HR modules, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Sound knowledge of SAP HR (Personnel Management, Time, and Payroll).
  • Experience in project management and leadership.
  • Basic understanding of SAP ABAP programming is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
