Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is SGD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects in the Banking industry, with a focus on Network Security. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing project documentation, including scope of work, budget, timelines, and acceptance criteria;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop a project management scope of work and detailed plan to deliver required solutions;
  • Providing status reporting to senior management against milestones and budget, including any issues or risks identified;
  • Engaging and driving stakeholders to deliver to the project plan, within scope, on time, and to budget;
  • Identifying, mitigating, and communicating key assumptions, issues, risks, and dependencies to master projects and relevant control and governance committees;
  • Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders;
  • Ensuring internal process, standards, and risk compliance (including security, regulatory, and audit requirements) are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ years of experience in delivering major Infrastructure projects in the Banking industry, preferably in Network Security;
  • Stakeholder management experience working with senior-level stakeholders to deliver change;
  • Proven experience with coordination of many dependencies and multiple demanding stakeholders in a complex, large-scale deployment environment;
  • Proven skills in coordination, staff management, and leadership working with vendors and internal teams;
  • Strong product knowledge of financial markets instruments and balance sheet products;
  • Strong project management experience with the ability to work on multiple projects.
