About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the overall security posture of our organization by implementing and maintaining robust security controls across all entities. This includes monitoring, assessing, and enhancing the effectiveness of cybersecurity measures such as firewalls, antivirus, endpoint protection, and SIEM systems.

  • Perform regular security assessments, including vulnerability scans and penetration tests, and coordinate remediation plans.
  • Investigate and respond to security alerts and incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure security controls are integrated and adhered to across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement and Maintain Security Controls: Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines to protect against cyber threats.
  2. Conduct Regular Security Assessments: Perform vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and other risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Monitor and Respond to Security Alerts: Investigate and respond to security alerts and incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT security or any IT related field.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and PDPA.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
