Litigation Secretary

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to provide administrative support to our dispute resolution team.
Key Responsibilities:- File opening and closing procedures, including conflict checks
- Retrieval and circulation of documents received via e-Litigation
- Scheduling appointments for meetings and calendaring deadlines
- Keying in time costs into the firm's billing system
- Preparing and checking of draft bills
- Preparing claims and payment / disbursement vouchers
- Photocopying, scanning, faxing, printing & binding of documents
- Formatting of documents (merge, paginate documents, track changes)
- Maintaining file list
- Document Management System: saving emails, correspondence, pleadings etc.
- Engross/Format Letters
- Other ad hoc duties and projects, including but not limited to providing administrative support to marcomms and recruitment teams
- At least a Degree/Diploma/Private Secretarial Certificate
- Minimum 5 years' secretarial experience or prior experience in a law firm, in the dispute resolution department
- Good command of spoken and written English
Remuneration package will be commensurate with experience.
