As an Associate Manager in Port Operations, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that every aspect of our cruise experience is seamless and memorable.

From coordinating with vendors and partners to managing embarkation and debarkation procedures, your attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills will be essential in delivering top-notch service to our guests.

With a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, you'll work closely with various departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational leadership and support to ensure smooth terminal operations
  • Supervise third-party vendors and partners to maintain Disney standards
  • Oversee embarkation and debarkation procedures, optimizing flow and coordinating luggage and transportation
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries, maintaining inboxes and calendars, and coordinating travel plans
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

  • 4-year college education or equivalent professional experience
  • More than five years of cruise line operations or equivalent maritime industry managerial experience
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
