Overview:

We are seeking a senior-level professional to oversee the governance and performance management of agencies within our global network. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in corporate or regional management, preferably in container shipping.

This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of countries, overseeing agency corporate governance, performance oversight, and commercial activities. The successful candidate will also lead and monitor governance frameworks, collaborate with finance teams, plan annual budgets, support M&A initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with local partners.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Law, Maritime Studies, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate or regional management, preferably in container shipping
  • Strong financial acumen, governance knowledge, and stakeholder management skills
