Job Title:

Sales Support Liaison

  • Manage and resolve customer disputes over EDI billing in a timely and effective manner.
  • Troubleshoot root causes of disputes and communicate resolutions to customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with local and overseas teams to ensure seamless dispute resolution processes.
  • Support sales teams in preparing and submitting tenders to customers, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Analyze bidding requirements and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to gather competitive offers for tender submission.
  • Monitor and maintain bid submission timelines to ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Record and update all bid submissions, maintaining accurate records of progress and completion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the team's goals and objectives.

Requirements:
