High-Powered Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team in Metro Asia. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing and delivering top talent that will drive business growth and success.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of recruiting experience, with a strong understanding of local talent markets and hiring practices in Southeast Asia and ANZ. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, developing and executing sourcing strategies, and building sustainable candidate pipelines.
Key Responsibilities- Establish collaborative relationships with business leaders to provide recommendations and talent insights
- Develop deep understanding of Kenvue's long-term strategies and innovation pipeline
- Represent the company as a trusted professional in the market among the TA community
- Build employer brand value in the external marketplace through impactful campaigns
- Drive best-in-class candidate experience through career coaching and relationship-building
- Promote agile thinking through fast, adaptive and iterative recruiting approach
A postgraduate degree is required, along with extraordinary communication, influencing and project management skills. Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment across Southeast Asia and ANZ is essential, with a strong understanding of local talent markets and hiring practices.
