About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing compliance activities associated with gas, crude and products trading.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations as it relates to risk reporting and gas, crude and products trading.
  • Participate in reviews of new transactions and new products and analyze the impact on compliance.
  • Develop and maintain compliance plans, policies and procedures and monitor adherence to these policies.
  • Propose and implement new monitoring and surveillance techniques based on changes to the business's trading activity and/or the latest rules and regulations.
  • Maintain and perform rigorous counterparty and broker selection processes.
  • Prepare and submit reports to regulators.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in risk compliance, preferably in the energy commodities sector. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in risk compliance.
