Job Title: Early Years Support Educator

About the Role:

The role of the Early Years Support Educator is to provide assistance to teachers in delivering the education program within the classroom and supporting activities inside and outside the classroom.

  • To ensure students are safe, happy, and learning in a positive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist teachers in planning and implementing lesson plans.
  2. Provide support to students with special needs.
  3. Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
  4. Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience working with children or relevant educational certificate/diploma required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and use initiative.
  • Possess highly developed interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
