Commuter Infrastructure Development Manager

You will oversee the planning and execution of bus depot and interchange/terminal projects. Your role will involve managing teams to ensure timely completion within budget constraints and adherence to design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and project coordination with contractors and stakeholders
- Project supervision and team management
- Contract administration and dispute resolution
Requirements:
- Civil/Structural Engineering knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project/construction environment or civil/structural design
- Strong leadership skills and knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations
- Proficiency in BIM software and project planning/managing tools advantageous
- Transformation and productivity experience beneficial for the construction industry
- Detailed-oriented individual with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
