Job Title: Infrastructure Development Project Manager
Job Description:The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the implementation of commuter infrastructure projects, including designing and constructing cycling path networks, lifts to pedestrian overhead bridges, sheltered walkways, and repurposed roads.
Responsibilities will include supervising and ensuring timely completion of projects, adhering to contract specifications, design, safety requirements, and quality standards. This will involve close collaboration with contractors, design consultants, government agencies, and community stakeholders on contractual, technical, and public relations matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Knowledge in Civil/Structural Engineering
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a project/construction environment or civil/structural design
- Strong leadership skills
- Good knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations

Others:A good understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and relevant software programs for project planning/management is an advantage. Experience in transformation and productivity for the workplace/construction industry is also desirable.
