Maintenance Operations Manager
About the Role:
The Maintenance Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance functions within our organization. This role involves leading a team of maintenance professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
- This includes planning and coordinating maintenance activities, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Supervise and manage a team of maintenance professionals to achieve optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety protocols.
- Manage electrical work within the organization, including risk assessments and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance management.
- Proven experience in managing Environment, Health, and Safety protocols.
- Strong people management skills, including leadership and communication abilities.
- Holding a LEW license or basic understanding of electrical systems is essential.
