The Role & Team

The Category Manager will drive structural initiatives for category growth and quality improvement, working closely with central leadership and city teams.

This role involves end-to-end ownership of the initiative, including problem-solving, analysis, process improvement, and execution.

Support Business Heads in BAU category management activities related to supply/demand planning and revenue planning.

Our India business is divided into three large verticals with several core categories within these verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Solve for structural problems at a central level to speed up the growth of the category.
  2. Own analytical projects to solve for different types of business problems.
  3. Enable onboarding of great service professionals in the category.
  4. Institutionalize service delivery norms and set centralized processes for the category.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional internal partners in marketing, technology, and product to execute multiple category and central level projects.
  6. Work with the marketing team to generate customer requests and improve demand.
Requirements
  • Sharp and hungry professionals willing to go above and beyond to create impact.
  • 6 months - 2.5 years of work experience.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, and PowerBI.
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires solving ambiguous problems and is highly outcome-oriented.
  • Strong analytical skills.
