Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Business Intelligence Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business insights, managing data infrastructure, and working closely with internal stakeholders and partners. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of technical capability and stakeholder management skills.

  • Manage a small team of analysts and engineers to deliver high-quality dashboards and reports.
  • Liaise with marketing, business development, and client servicing teams to understand reporting needs.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable dashboards and meaningful insights.
  • Troubleshoot issues, validate data outputs, and ensure reporting continuity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or graduate degree in Data, Computer Science, or a related field with 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or a related field.
  • Strong SQL/Python skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Apache Superset, Google Looker, Microsoft Fabric/Power BI, Tableau, etc.) as well as web analytics - Google Analytics 4.
  • Comfortable working with evolving dashboards, KPIs, and business needs.
  • Hands-on experience with data transformation and working across data pipelines.
  • Exposure to stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaboration.
