Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing service activities for ICU and Operating Room equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide preventive maintenance and repair services at customer locations in accordance with established procedures.
  • Install, commission, calibrate, and test equipment at customer locations according to Getinge's protocol.
  • Implement field corrective actions.
  • Handle administrative work associated with service delivery.
  • Respond to customer complaints and provide support for corrective maintenance.
  • Meet key KPIs assigned to you as an individual and of the Service department.
  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships with customers and coworkers through teamwork.
  • Share knowledge and provide advice to clients and their staff on the proper operation and usage of equipment.
  • Perform all other duties assigned by the company and/or manager.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with ITE and/or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Three years' working experience in field service for industrial equipment.
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry would be beneficial.
  • Ability to interpret service manuals and follow maintenance guidelines.
  • Hardworking, team player, independent, hands-on, customer-oriented, and good attitude.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English.
