Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and configuring equipment or systems at client sites.

The role requires the ability to conduct routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures, troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues promptly and effectively, perform repairs and replacements of faulty components or systems, provide technical support and training to clients on product operation and maintenance, document service activities, collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met, and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Installation and Commissioning: Install, commission, and configure equipment or systems at client sites.
  • Routine Maintenance and Inspections: Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues promptly and effectively, perform repairs and replacements of faulty components or systems.
  • Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to clients on product operation and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related engineering fields.
  • Proven experience as a Field Service Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

This is a field-based role that requires travel to customer locations. You may work in various environments, including industrial or commercial settings.
