Wealth Solutions Operations Lead
Job Summary:The Wealth Solutions Operations Lead will oversee the end-to-end governance and controls of operational processes covering WM products supported by GBS and WSO hubs in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:- To support the growth strategy of the franchise to become the leading wealth manager to affluent clients.
- To work with stakeholders including Compliance, Finance, Tax and Auditors to achieve business and operational efficiency targets.
- To review DOIs from Country and GBS teams and perform balance sheet reconciliation and substantiation for Wealth Solutions account balances including validation & attestation of all relevant Sundry and Suspense accounts against WM TPSS on a daily and monthly basis.
- To manage the preparation, printing and mailing of advices & contract notes and general query processing instructions covering account opening and tax operations related queries.
- 5+ years' experience working with Wealth Lending, Premium Financing, Leverage Financing and Capital Market products.
- Providing support for various Wealth Lending operations processes within Country and Global Business Services (GBS).
- Supporting account opening, maintenance, margin calls, lending booklet.
- Participating in project initiatives and taking up ad hoc tasks as required.
