Job Description:

  • As a key member of our beverage team, you will curate and craft premium cocktails, beverages, while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Lead the bar team, train junior staff, and ensure seamless bar operation to enhance our guests' dining experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bartender BTEC Certification Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Extensive bartending experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
  • Proficiency in creating classic and contemporary cocktails.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to train and mentor junior staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute an innovative and high-quality cocktail menu.
  • Create and maintain an efficient and organized bar setup.

  • Oversee inventory management, order supplies, and monitor stock levels.
  • Uphold responsible alcohol service guidelines and safety protocols.

  • Address guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar area.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve your craft.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new beverage programs and promotions.

Qualifications/ Skills and Abilities:

  • Bartender BTEC Certification Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of wine is an added advantage.
  • Extensive bartending experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
  • Proficiency in creating classic and contemporary cocktails.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to train and mentor junior staff.
