About the Role

AIA is embarking on an exciting journey to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving excellence in marketing performance across the Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy that drives customer action and maximizes marketing efficiency.
  • Lead the development of data-driven marketing campaigns and decision-making processes using analytics models and customer data insights.
  • Collaborate with Local Business Units (LBUs) to deliver impactful inbound and outbound marketing campaigns designed based on customer journeys.
  • Review and measure the efficiency of marketing activities and propose optimization initiatives to enhance marketing return on investment.
  • Implement frameworks for Customer Journey Design based on customer segmentation, customer intent, and data models that deliver personalized experiences for customers.
  • Develop and lead agency and vendor relationships in support of integrated programme plans.
  • Stay ahead of the latest digital trends and advancements in digital technologies and marketing methodologies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of years of marketing leadership experience preferably in e-commerce or online sales.
  • Strong business insight and analytical thinking, reflected in impact and influence skills and confidence in high-level interactions with organization leadership.
  • Experience leading impactful teams to deliver on revenue targets via digital marketing, e-commerce, online campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile organization to handle multiple priorities across the region.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects under timelines.
  • Excellent command of written English with clear and impactful communication.
  • Strong EQ and ability to work in high-pressure environments in a constructive and professional manner.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, or relevant field.
Location

The role can be based in Hong Kong or Singapore.
