Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive growth marketing strategies, identifying new channels, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to ensure impactful results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Growth Marketing Strategies: Identify new channels and collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure impactful results.
  • Drive User Growth and Revenue Targets: Develop and execute campaigns to achieve user growth and revenue targets.
  • Design and Execute Marketing Experiments: Focus on user acquisition and product launches.
  • Contribute to Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to align internal marketing and branding efforts.
  • Monitor and Analyze Campaign Performance: Develop KPIs and report on campaign performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Web3/Crypto/DeFi Enthusiasm: A strong passion for the web3/crypto/DeFi space is essential.
  • Marketing Experience: 4+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
  • Growth Strategies and Analytics: Familiarity with a wide variety of growth strategies, analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work independently and cross-collaboratively across teams.
  • Data-Driven Approach: A proactive, strategic thinker, driven to achieve results.

  • DeFi/Crypto Career Experience: DeFi/other crypto career experience highly preferred.
