Job Title: Site Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Operations Coordinator to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation workflow and improving department processes. They will also enforce SOPs to ensure quality of works and reduce rectification costs.
  • The Site Operations Coordinator will assign tasks to foremen/ workers and ensure compliance with ISO standards. They will also ensure that workers have been trained and certified for the works.
  • The role requires the ability to conduct risk assessments, implement risk control measures, and adhere to legal requirements. The coordinator will also conduct investigations into accidents, incidents, and non-conformities.
  • Additional responsibilities include inspecting work areas prior to work commencement, conducting daily toolbox meetings, and submitting rectification papers to management for documentation/analysis.
  • The Site Operations Coordinator will also oversee batching plant operations, ensuring precise chemical dosing according to the design mix. They will maintain equipment in optimal condition to prevent delays in concrete batching and uphold the quality of freshly batched concrete.
