Client Outreach Specialist

The Client Outreach team serves as the front line unit working with clients to meet Know Your Client (KYC) onboarding requirements, periodic refreshes and remediations.

We work in close collaboration with Global Corporate and Investment Bankers and Global Markets Sales to support the client relationship and deliver business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular client calls and meetings to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the onboarding process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
