Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Despatch Rider for medical samples. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of medical samples and reports to diagnostic labs and GP clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate the logistics of sample collection and transportation, ensuring that samples are handled and transported safely and accurately.

• Manage paperwork, including labeling, tracking forms, and ensuring all samples are documented and accounted for.

• Adhere to strict protocols to maintain sample integrity and patient confidentiality, in accordance with PDPA policy.

• Ensure timely delivery of medical samples and reports, performing simple verification checks on recipients before handing over items.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team.

Requirements

• Valid motorcycle license (Class 2A/2B) with good driving records.

• Must have own bike.

• N/O Level certificate.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiar with Singapore roads.

• Able to work independently.
