Job Description

This role is part of the Public Sector Transformation Group (PSTG), which drives the Public Sector Transformation movement. The team's goal is to build a future-ready Public Service that can adapt to Singapore's changing needs.

As a member of PSTG, you will work closely with stakeholders across various government agencies and external partners to drive user-centricity, collective transformation, and integration of technology into public service delivery.

The ideal candidate should have experience in policy and project management, with skills in organisational development to drive transformation and innovation. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Review: Lead and coordinate whole-of-government regulatory review efforts to lower the regulatory cost and burden on businesses and citizens, while strengthening Singapore's competitive advantage through smart and enterprising regulations.
  • Domain Partnerships: Partner domain leads to review and streamline rules in the economic, infrastructure, and social domains.
  • Cross-Cutting Regulatory Reviews: Drive cross-cutting regulatory reviews that facilitate enterprise innovation and productivity.
  • Regulatory Operations: Drive innovative approaches to improve regulatory operations and compliance, reducing time and cost burdens on citizens and businesses.
  • Regulatory Excellence: Promote regulatory best practices across the Public Service, contributing to building up the regulatory and enforcement workforce and capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of work experience in policy and/or project management, with skills in organisational development to drive transformation and innovation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in inter-agency work is beneficial.
