  • Verify and process employee reimbursement requests for APAC regions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Validate reimbursement information and supporting documents to prevent fraudulent activities.
  • Communicate with employees to resolve inquiries and discrepancies related to expense reimbursement.
  • Monitor Travel & Entertainment reports and identify potential fraudulent activities, escalating exceptions and non-compliance cases as needed.
  • Provide regular training on reimbursement systems and policies to employees.
  • File expense reports and related receipts in compliance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and business solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance-related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Software, with a focus on Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive customer service mindset.
  • Prior experience in dealing with reimbursement in a technology setup, with familiarity in APAC full cycle accounts payable process.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
