Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Business Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage ongoing strategic consulting projects with deliverables shared with multiple stakeholders, including senior executives. You will lead customers through a tailored and value-driven implementation experience that ensures they are set up for success in achieving their business goals.

You will align with our sales and success managers to propose and create services outputs that meet customers at various stages of their journey. Additionally, you will level up the social sophistication of our customers as well as our team to meet the ever-changing needs of social media.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • 3+ years in social media strategy (preferred), professional services, or customer-facing consulting roles in SaaS
  • Project management experience
  • Understanding of social networks (X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and social media strategy for large organizations
  • Experience presenting to large groups in remote and in-person settings
