Spa Treatment Specialist

As a spa therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality spa massages that adhere to industry standards. You will also be expected to maintain exceptional service standards at all times and ensure the cleanliness and neatness of spa facilities, treatment rooms, and other areas.
You will prepare treatment products, replenish stocks, and manage towel supplies efficiently. Additionally, you will handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism and politeness.
Follow instructions from the Spa Manager and contribute to a positive team environment. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, customer service skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

- Treatment Experience: Previous experience in providing spa treatments.
- Administration: Basic administrative skills, including scheduling and record-keeping.
