About the Role

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage appointments efficiently and effectively

Treatment Delivery
We deliver a variety of treatments, including:
* Massages (body, foot)
* Other spa services within our menu
These services are delivered in accordance with established standards, ensuring a high level of quality and professionalism.

Guest Interaction
You will interact with guests to ensure their comfort and address their needs. This includes providing information about spa services and products, as well as answering any questions they may have.

Maintaining Cleanliness
A crucial aspect of this role is maintaining the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities. This includes:
* Cleaning and disinfecting equipment and surfaces
* Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace
* Ensuring that all areas are clean and hygienic at all times

Appointment Management
As a Spa Therapist, you will manage appointments, ensuring punctuality and efficient scheduling. This includes:
* Managing appointment bookings and schedules
* Coordinating with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery
* Communicating with guests to confirm appointments and answer any questions they may have
