Job Overview:

The Fulfilment Coordinator/Executive role is responsible for managing rewards fulfilment, including proposal, catalogue curation, redemptions, and programme administration.

This position requires a well-rounded individual with strong operational understanding, resourcefulness, attention to detail, professional communication skills, and vendor management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of rewards programmes, including vendors and client relationships
  • Negotiate best rates for reward items and meet revenue targets
  • Prepare programme reports, manage communications, and process data completion on system tools
  • Support programme activities review and validation, facilitate sending acknowledgments, and support client billing and vendor payments
Requirements:
  • Strong individual with self-initiation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a growth mindset and strong negotiation skills
