About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled System Integration Engineer to take on this challenging role. As a System Integration Professional, you will be responsible for planning and executing system integration projects, collaborating closely with clients, software developers, and stakeholders to understand system requirements and proposed solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Plan and execute system integration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and meeting contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with clients, software developers, and stakeholders to understand system requirements and proposed solutions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Infrastructure Setup and Maintenance: Involve in new setup or upgrade of system/network infrastructure projects, performing routine preventive maintenance and operational activities to ensure smooth system operations.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Windows server OS, Unix/Linux OS & VM environment, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, VPN, firewall appliances, Cisco routers/switches.
