Collaborate with Therapists
As a Therapy Assistant, you will contribute to creating a supportive environment for patients by working collaboratively with therapists and ensuring seamless departmental operations. Your primary role is to guide patients through their programmes while ensuring safe patient transfer and managing inventory effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Guide patients through therapy programmes
- Ensure safe patient transfer and manage inventory efficiently
- Contribute to the overall comfort and wellbeing of patients
This requires effective collaboration with therapists, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care to patients.
Requirements- Qualifications: GCE 'N' or 'O' Level or Diploma in any field
- Recognised Certificate in Therapy Services and relevant clinical experience an advantage
- Ability to work independently and in groups
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Additionally, strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for successfully navigating complex situations and making informed decisions.
