Job Title: Assistant Public Relations Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Public Relations Officer to join our team at Teambuild Construction Group. As a key member of our public relations team, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing public relations programs to promote our Home Improvement Program (HIP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and launching public relations programs for HIP, including preparing circulars, letters, and notices.
  • Conduct surveys on flat conditions, spalling concrete, and ceiling leakage, as well as take measurements.
  • Plan and coordinate work to be carried out within flats in a timely manner.
  • Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints related to projects and follow up on actions to resolve them.
  • Work closely with residents, contractors, consultants, and authorities to ensure smooth operation procedures during upgrading work.
  • Show, explain, and demonstrate to residents the location and purpose of Enhancement for Active Senior (EASE) retrofits provisions.
  • Maintain good rapport and positive relations with residents.
  • Conduct regular visits to residents/tenants affected by HIP works to gather feedback and keep them informed of work schedule changes and impacts.
  • Perform administrative/clerical duties.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' Level and above with at least 1 year of public relations work experience.
  • Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience will be considered.
  • A good team player and willingness to be stationed at the site office.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.
  • Positive and good working attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
