Job Title: Public Relations Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Officer to join our team at AIK SAN CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD.

Job Summary

The Public Relations Officer will be responsible for handling general project administration duties, assisting in administrative tasks, and working closely with stakeholders to mitigate complaints arising from A&A or upgrading work activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle general project administration duties and assist in administrative tasks.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to take proactive measures in mitigating complaints arising from A&A or upgrading work activities.
  • Conduct regular visits to the public, residents, occupiers in the vicinity and proximity of the A&A upgrading works.
  • Manage feedback and complaints from household owners/tenants and public tactfully and render full support on all public relations matters related to the project team.
  • Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary.
  • Promote and maintain good relationships with the public and stakeholders before and during the full period of A&A and improvement works.
  • Document and maintain good filing, documentation, and correspondence pertaining to the project.
  • Assist and support Site Manager/Project Manager on any ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'A' Level or Diploma and above in any relevant discipline (Public Relations, Engineering, Facilities Management, Building, Communication, etc).
  • At least 2 years of working experience as PRO, Property Executive, Project Coordinator, or any relevant experience.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good interpersonal skills and client-facing with strong people orientation ability to build and develop positive relations with internal and external parties.
  • Capable of communicating effectively in English, Chinese, and another official language.
  • Good team player and also able to work independently and possess a positive working attitude.
