Job Summary

A high-performing SAP Grant Management expert with a strong track record of delivering financial process improvements is sought after by our organization.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), as well as expertise in the SAP Grant Management module, to lead system configuration, integration, and reporting efforts.

This senior-level position involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to define grant management requirements and ensuring SAP configurations align with business processes.

You will be responsible for configuring and implementing SAP Grant Management functionalities, including grants tracking, budgeting, and financial monitoring, while integrating these modules with SAP FICO to ensure smooth financial workflows and reporting.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Configure and implement SAP Grant Management functionalities, including grants tracking, budgeting, and financial monitoring.
  2. Integrate SAP Grant Management with SAP FICO modules (FI, CO) to ensure smooth financial workflows and reporting.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define grant management requirements and ensure SAP configurations align with business processes.
  4. Provide expert-level advice on SAP Grant Management best practices, regulations, and reporting.
  5. Conduct system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support the resolution of issues related to SAP GM and FICO.
  6. Perform system upgrades and apply patches, ensuring continuous improvements to SAP GM functionalities.
  7. Guide and train users on SAP GM and FICO-related processes, ensuring effective system adoption and understanding.
  8. Support grant-related month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial data related to grants is properly accounted for and reported.
  9. Maintain documentation for SAP Grant Management processes, configurations, and user guides.
  10. Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the grant management process within SAP.
