Job Summary

As a seasoned corporate finance attorney, you will play a pivotal role in managing client work allocated by senior partners. Your responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of corporate finance, capital markets transactions, and post-listing corporate actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client work allocated by senior partners
  • Oversee all aspects of corporate finance, capital markets transactions, and post-listing corporate actions
  • Ensure timely progress on client work
  • Maintain open communication with clients regarding project milestones and costs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Admission as an Advocate & Solicitor of Singapore
  • Minimum 1-3 years post-admission experience in the Capital Markets practice area
  • Experience in corporate finance and capital markets transactions
  • Essential experience in equity capital markets
  • Added advantage: experience in debt capital markets
  • Proficiency in accounting and finance preferred
  • Good proficiency in Mandarin language will be an added advantage
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver quality work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels
