Senior Civil Engineering Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to lead our engineering and project management teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering, project management, and tendering.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing requests for proposals (RFPs) or requests for quotations (RFQs), developing accurate cost estimates, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and ensuring they meet company standards and client requirements.

They will collaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, and other relevant teams to gather information, develop solutions, and ensure seamless communication throughout the tendering process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Project Management: Experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Tendering: Strong understanding of tendering processes, including request for proposal (RFP) and request for quotation (RFQ) development.
  • Proposal Engineering: Ability to prepare high-quality technical and commercial proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Civil Engineering: Proficiency in civil engineering principles, practices, and software applications.
