Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for executing mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Participate in the execution of maintenance tasks related to marine loading arms, pipeline repair, waterfront activities, and management of change (MOC) activities.
  • Request, review, compare, and raise purchase requisitions for services, parts, equipment, and materials.
  • Manage portfolios of varying scope and complexity, optimizing resources and costs.
  • Supervise contractors' field activities, driving productivity and efficiency.
  • Contribute to cost control initiatives, maintaining routine maintenance, projects, special maintenance, and shutdown spending within established budgets.
  • Support business goals by taking on additional tasks and targets as needed.
  • Propose and implement innovative ideas in productivity, competitiveness, sustainability, and digitalization.
  • Analyze and evaluate ME-KPI data, providing insights and paths for improvement.
HSSE Responsibilities:
  • Strive to achieve Goal Zero targets in health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE).
  • Participate in scheduled safety walkabouts and assess risks associated with day-to-day jobs.
  • Identify and voice out any unsafe conditions, applying clearances as necessary.
  • Review work method statements submitted by vendors/contractors, ensuring compliance with HSSE standards.
  • Ensure work safety for staff and contractors, participating in safety audits, walkabouts, and other safety initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the oil/petrochemical industry.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and understanding of HSSE requirements for maintenance work.
  • Knowledge of craftwork practices, typical time required for completing frequent activities, and materials procurement.
