Specialist - Part-time/Flexi-time Support for Children with Learning and Special Needs

Every child deserves support to reach their full potential. We are seeking part-time/flexi-time Specialists with a passion for providing wholistic support to children with learning and special needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement English and Math lesson plans tailored to children (age 5 to 12) with learning difficulties/disabilities.
- Conduct individual and group intervention programmes/activities for children with special needs, utilizing specialized intervention methods where possible.
- Collaborate with parents to execute intervention and development strategies for the children, promoting a seamless partnership between home and school.
- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or a related field is essential; Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention (Special Needs) is highly preferred.
- Experience in implementing specialized intervention methods with children is an added advantage, such as Orton-Gillingham, Jolly Phonics, visual processing training, or rhythmic movement training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A commitment to prearranged lesson slots for a minimum period of 6 months is necessary.
Flexibility to work at any of our three locations across Singapore will be discussed and agreed upon with the specialist.
