Overview: Regional Operations Manager - Southeast AsiaThis role is responsible for managing commercial operations across diverse Southeast Asian markets. Key responsibilities include leading the Southeast Asia market, driving sales and operational goals while working closely with the Market Director and Sales Operations team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management within the automotive industry and proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth. Additionally, they should be comfortable navigating complex markets and adapting to fast-changing dynamics.This role offers the chance to shape the future of luxury automotive sales in Southeast Asia while enjoying the perks and prestige of one of the world's most iconic brands.You'll be at the forefront of our business strategy, working across all aspects of retail, wholesale, and dealer performance. Your days will include strategic leadership, performance oversight, collaboration and coaching, dynamic problem-solving, and insights and innovation.Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in Automotive Sales: Strong background in sales management within the automotive industry, proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Leadership & Relationship Building: Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders, from dealers to senior management.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Comfortable working with performance metrics, sales data, and market insights to develop action plans.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
